That is high tech studio lighting. It very much resembles a xmas light wreath.

The little lights give the impression she's dreaming about a glowing crown of thorns. The thorns are blunt and soft, hence the smile. Cool, whatever it is.

I like the structure. I also like the dark clouds. Dark clouds have "let's get out of the city and go bass fishing" written all over them. Hate to be anal but, is the top of the building to the right or to the top of the photo?
